The Lifepak 1000 Adult Electrodes are design to be used with a Lifepak 1000 Defibrillator (AED).
The AED electrodes are designed for use on adults and children who are 8 years or more in age and weigh over 25kg. Paediatric pads for the Lifepak 1000 AED are available and may be used on children who are less than 8 years old or weigh less than 25 kg. Priority First Aid has two options for the supply of Lifepak 1000 paediatrics pads with either the Infant/Child Electrodes or Infant/child starter kit.
It is essential to maintain your Defibrillator in a rescue-ready state. This requires your Lifepak 1000 Adult Electrodes to be within their expiry date (2 years from date of manufacture) and your battery to have sufficient charge.
If you are operating a business, it may be a requirement that you are utilising an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) that is within its warranty period. If you require a new or additional Defibrillator, Priority First Aid has an extensive range of AEDs to suit all operating environments and can be viewed by clicking this link.
