On 31 December 2012, Philips discontinued the Heartstart FR2/FR2+ AED’s. Philips is now discontinuing production of any accessories for the FR2/FR2+, and some products have already ceased production or are now out of stock with suppliers. If you require replacement accessories for the FR2/FR2+ device, we recommend you now consider purchasing a new device. Philips HeartStart FR2 Infant Child Pads Overview

Philips HeartStart FR2 Infant Child Defibrillation Pads are designed for use with the Philips HeartStart FR2 and FR2+ AEDs. The Infant Child Pads are suitable for use on patients 1-8 years of age or less than 25 kg in body weight.

For patients over the age of 8 years or more than 25kg in body weight, the Philips Heartstart FR2 Adult Pads can be used.
